NEVER carry the helmet by the air supply hose. It may strip the threads of the connctors
The helmet should be carried by the strap at the rear of the crown.
NEVER carry the helmet around by the cape. It may detach it from the cape attachment strap.
Storage
For overnight storage the helmet assembly should be hung by thye hanging strap at the rear of the crown. It should never be thrown on the floor where grit may be kicked into the interior of the helmet.
For longer term storage, the helmet assembly should be cleaned and dried. The cape can then be tucked up into the helmet and stored in a plastic bag to prevent dust and moisture from entering during storage.
